Discover the International Site on a Vogelsang IP guided tour: the 90-minute tour is led by certified guides and offers insights into selected historical buildings that are not freely accessible. You will receive background information about the site's turbulent history, which began as a Nazi training center in the 1930s, served as a Belgian and NATO military training area for over 50 years, and has been an international site for tolerance, democracy, and peaceful coexistence in the heart of the Eifel National Park for almost 20 years.
 

Location: Visitor Center (Forum Vogelsang IP).

Duration: 90 minutes // Length: approx. 1,5km - 2km.

Children under 13 and accompanying adults are free of charge.

General information:

  • Please register with your online ticket at the visitor information desk before the tour begins. This is also where the tour starts.
  • The online ticket is only valid and redeemable on the day booked.
  • Parking fees are charged from 30 minutes and amount to 6,00 € per day.
  • Cancellation of online tickets or refunds is possible with the purchase of ticket insurance.
  • Dogs are allowed on a leash during the tours, on the grounds, in the visitor center, in the shop, and in the permanent exhibition of the NS-DOK.
